The Triangle Park Chapter of The Links, Incorporated has refreshed our Chapter’s strategic plan for the 2025-2030 program years. The plan was developed collaboratively by the Strategic Planning Committee and Facet Chairs, reviewed by Chapter members, and approved by the Executive Committee.

A strategic plan is a roadmap that helps our Chapter remain focused on what matters most. It lays out where the organization is going, what it wants to achieve, and how it will get there. For organizations like ours that want to create significant impact but members may be limited in time and resources, a strategic plan helps everyone stay on the same page, make better decisions, and use energy and funding in the most effective way.
